Terms of Service AIC Directory

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIC Directory ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new version.

2. Accounts & Authentication

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 16 or older to create an account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, appear compromised, or engage in fraud.

3. Systemic Scraping & Automated Access

Automated collection of Service data (scraping, crawling, spidering, mirroring, headless-browser harvesting, or LLM training extraction) without written permission is prohibited. Rate limits apply to all API and UI endpoints. Violations may result in immediate IP-level blocking and legal action.

4. User Content & Hosting Rights

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, comments, tool submissions). By posting, you grant AIC Directory a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reformat, and syndicate that content in connection with operating the Service. You warrant that your content is original or properly licensed.

5. Reviews Policy

Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand use of the tool. Do not post reviews for tools you have a financial interest in without disclosure. Paid, incentivized, retaliatory, defamatory, or spam reviews will be removed and may result in account suspension. Editors may edit reviews for clarity but will not change their sentiment.

6. Third-Party Tools & Listings

Tool and job listings are provided for informational purposes. AIC Directory does not endorse or guarantee any third party. Some links are affiliate links; we may earn commission when you sign up through them, marked with an (aff) tag.

7. No Financial or Legal Advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. Crypto assets are volatile and can go to zero. Always do your own due diligence and consult a licensed professional.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or repeated policy violations.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIC Directory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
